I come from a family devoted to professional sports, so my childhood was spent in gymnastic and weightlifting gyms. My chosen path was sports aerobics, which became my true passion. I loved every moment of training—the sweat, the small victories, the milestones.
Over time, this passion transformed into my profession, and today, with over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, rehab trainer, and certified nutrition coach, I’m honored to inspire others every day to embrace fitness, sport, and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
